Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Mane Body & Soul Spa Salon ("MBS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service, submitting an assessment, making a payment, or participating in any service or program offered by Mane Body & Soul Spa Salon, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable service-specific agreements. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using our website and services. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively, except where otherwise permitted by law.
Nature of Our Business
Mane Body & Soul Spa Salon provides beauty, cosmetic aesthetics, body enhancement, wellness, and personal development services. Our services may include: smile rejuvenation and cosmetic smile enhancements; cosmetic teeth whitening; hair styling, hair restoration support, and beauty services; body sculpting, contouring, and noninvasive aesthetic treatments; facial and skin rejuvenation; wellness and weight management programs; peptide-related wellness programs, where legally authorized; intimate wellness services; lymphatic massage and relaxation services; life coaching, grief support, and personal development; wellness education and functional medicine-informed coaching; and professional beauty and aesthetics training. Services are offered only within the qualifications, professional licenses, and legal scope of practice of the individuals providing them.
Important Professional Disclosure: Mane Body & Soul Spa Salon is not a dental office. Our aesthetic services do not replace professional dental examinations, dental diagnoses, restorative dental care, or treatment by a licensed dentist. We may refer clients to independent licensed dentists, physicians, or other healthcare professionals when appropriate. Any procedure legally requiring a professional license, prescription, medical supervision, or specific authorization must be performed or supervised by an appropriately authorized professional. The availability of a service on our website does not establish that a particular procedure is suitable for every client.
Consultations and Client Assessments
Certain services require an assessment or consultation before scheduling. Smile rejuvenation consultations are currently $50, applied toward the qualifying service if the client elects to proceed, subject to the disclosed booking terms. Clients may be required to submit photographs, medical information, previous treatment history, or other relevant information. Submitting an assessment does not guarantee approval for treatment. We reserve the right to decline or postpone a service when appropriate for safety, eligibility, legal compliance, or professional judgment, subject to applicable law. Consultation fees and their refund or credit eligibility will be disclosed before payment.
Pricing and Individualized Services
Prices displayed on our website are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Smile rejuvenation services currently start at $300 per tooth. Final pricing depends on the individual client's goals, the complexity of the requested service, the number of treatment areas, materials, provider assessment, and recommended service plan. Package and bundle prices may vary based on the services included. We reserve the right to modify advertised prices prospectively. Once a written quote has been accepted, any price changes must follow the terms of that agreement. No service or treatment outcome is guaranteed merely because a particular price or package has been advertised.
Appointments, Deposits, and Rescheduling
Appointments may require a consultation fee, reservation deposit, or advance payment. Appointment deposits will be applied according to the terms disclosed at booking. Clients should provide at least 48 hours' notice when requesting rescheduling. One appointment date change may be permitted, subject to availability and the applicable booking agreement. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or the need to reschedule. Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of a deposit where lawful and clearly disclosed. MBS reserves the right to reschedule appointments because of provider availability, equipment issues, safety concerns, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If MBS cancels an appointment and cannot provide an acceptable alternative, the client will be offered an appropriate refund or credit for unprovided services as required by law.
Payment, Financing, and Installment Plans
Payment is required according to the terms disclosed at checkout or in the applicable service agreement. We may offer third-party financing through Affirm or other available financing providers. Third-party financing is subject to the lender's separate approval requirements, interest rates, payment terms, eligibility rules, and disclosures. MBS does not guarantee financing approval. Any in-house installment or layaway program is governed by a separate written agreement specifying the total price, payment schedule, deposit, cancellation provisions, and applicable charges. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding their payment obligations before signing. We will not impose undisclosed interest, fees, or penalties. Any financing program must comply with applicable consumer protection and lending laws.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because many services involve reserved appointment time, individualized preparation, professional labor, and specialized materials, certain payments may be nonrefundable when expressly disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. All sales are final to the extent permitted by applicable law and the specific written service agreement. However: refund rights required by law remain fully protected; services not provided because MBS cannot fulfill its obligations will be handled in accordance with applicable law; dissatisfaction with a subjective aesthetic outcome does not automatically entitle a client to a refund; claims involving defective workmanship or incomplete services will be reviewed individually; and when appropriate, MBS may offer a corrective appointment, adjustment, service credit, or refund. Any corrective service is subject to an assessment of the original work, client compliance with aftercare instructions, and applicable consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits legal remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Results and No Guarantee of Outcome
Every client is different. Results may vary based on individual anatomy, health, lifestyle, skin or hair condition, oral health, treatment history, aftercare compliance, and other factors. MBS does not guarantee: a specific cosmetic appearance; permanent results; a particular amount of weight loss or body contouring; complete resolution of an aesthetic concern; identical results to photographs or testimonials; or a specific emotional, wellness, or personal development outcome. Before-and-after photographs are examples of individual experiences and are not promises of equivalent results. Some services may require maintenance, multiple appointments, or additional professional evaluation.
Health Disclosures and Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information relevant to their requested service. This may include disclosure of: allergies and sensitivities; current medications; pregnancy or breastfeeding status; relevant medical conditions; previous cosmetic procedures; skin, dental, or other health concerns; and any condition that may affect treatment safety. Clients must notify MBS of material changes before treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of complications. MBS may require medical clearance or a referral to a licensed professional before proceeding. Clients must follow all written preparation and aftercare instructions.
Informed Consent and Treatment Risks
Certain cosmetic, aesthetic, and wellness services may involve risks, including temporary discomfort, swelling, bruising, irritation, sensitivity, allergic reactions, uneven results, or other complications. More serious risks may exist depending on the procedure. Before treatment, clients will receive appropriate service-specific disclosures and informed consent documentation. Clients may ask questions before deciding whether to proceed. Agreeing to website Terms and Conditions does not replace informed consent for an individual procedure. MBS will not perform a procedure without the consent and professional authorization required by applicable law.
Smile Rejuvenation and Cosmetic Smile Services
Our smile-related aesthetic services are intended to enhance appearance within the legal scope of services we are authorized to provide. We do not represent that MBS is a licensed dental practice. Clients requiring diagnosis or treatment of cavities, gum disease, infection, tooth decay, structural damage, bite disorders, or other oral health conditions must consult a licensed dentist. Cosmetic smile results may be affected by existing oral health, habits, staining, wear, and maintenance. Clients are responsible for following applicable aftercare instructions and obtaining appropriate dental care.
Body Aesthetics and Wellness Services
Body sculpting, facial rejuvenation, intimate wellness, weight management, and other wellness services may have individual eligibility requirements and contraindications. Nonmedical wellness services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Any medical service, prescription medication, injection, or procedure requiring licensed healthcare involvement will be offered only through legally authorized professionals and arrangements. Clients should consult their healthcare provider when a medical condition may affect their eligibility.
Coaching, Grief Support, and Personal Development
Our coaching and personal development services are intended to provide education, encouragement, goal setting, and general support. Unless specifically provided by an appropriately licensed professional acting within their professional scope, these services are not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or clinical mental health counseling. Coaching does not guarantee personal, financial, relationship, emotional, or professional results. Clients experiencing a medical or mental health emergency should seek immediate professional assistance.
Training, Certifications, and Educational Programs
Training programs are provided for educational purposes. Completing an MBS training course does not automatically grant a government-issued professional license or authorization to perform regulated procedures. Students are responsible for determining and meeting applicable licensing, insurance, supervision, and professional requirements. Course fees, attendance requirements, certificate criteria, and cancellation terms will be provided before enrollment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MBS is not responsible for losses arising solely from a client's failure to provide relevant information, failure to follow reasonable aftercare instructions, unauthorized alteration of completed work, or other circumstances outside MBS's reasonable control. MBS is not responsible for the independent professional conduct of third-party providers merely because a referral was provided, except where responsibility is imposed by law. For website use, MBS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from technical errors. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for negligence, professional malpractice, fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, or other claims to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any legally enforceable limitation of liability will be interpreted consistently with applicable Georgia and federal law.
Client Conduct and Right to Refuse Service
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, and safe environment. Threatening behavior, harassment, abusive conduct, intentional property damage, or conduct that creates a genuine safety concern may result in termination or refusal of services. All decisions will comply with applicable nondiscrimination and consumer protection laws.
Photography, Testimonials, and Marketing
We may request before-and-after photographs for assessment, documentation, or treatment planning. Client photographs, names, testimonials, or other identifying information will not be used for public marketing without the appropriate separate authorization. Clients may decline optional marketing photography without affecting their eligibility for otherwise available services. Any use or disclosure of personal information will be governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, logos, photographs, training materials, graphics, and other original content owned by MBS are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Visitors may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.
Privacy and Information Security
Information submitted through our website may include names, contact information, assessment responses, photographs, and appointment details. Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our separate Privacy Policy and applicable law. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers under their respective terms and privacy policies.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to independent providers, financing platforms, booking systems, or other third-party websites. MBS does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their independent policies, content, or services except as required by law. Clients should review the applicable third-party terms before completing transactions.
Dispute Resolution
Clients are encouraged to contact MBS directly to resolve questions or concerns about services, payments, or appointments. We will make reasonable efforts to review concerns and seek a fair resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue available legal remedies. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive the right to bring claims in court.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, except where federal law or other mandatory applicable law controls. Any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction and venue rules applicable to the dispute.
Severability
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
